If cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival of the tenant : the deposit paid will remain with the owner. It will be returned only if the rental can be re-rented for the same price at the same period.
If cancellation less than 30 days before the date of entry of the tenant, the entire amount of the rental will be acquired by the owner according to the terms of payment.
EXCEPT AS DESCRIBED BELOW :
If the booker cannot honor this booked stay due to one of the scenarios of force majeure presented below (effective on the date of the stay), he can cancel or postpone his stay. If the stay is postponed, the amount(s) paid will be kept until the new dates of the booked stay. If the stay is cancelled, the sum(s) paid will be returned to the customer within an appropriate time.
Scenario 1 : Critical illiness with medical proof attesting to the reservant’s inability to honour his or her stay.
Scenario 2 : Death of the reservate with proof of death
If the booker cannot travel during the booked stay due to one of the scenarios presented below (effective on the date of stay), he can cancel or postpone his stay. If the stay is postponed, the amount(s) paid will be kept until the new dates of the booked stay. If the stay is cancelled, the sum(s) paid will be returned to the customer within an appropriate time.
Scenario 1 : The government of the reservator’s country prohibits all travel to France.
Scenario 2 : Travel restrictions (ordered by the French government in response to COVID 19) prevent the reservator from going to the place of his reservation.
Scenario 3 : Complete closure with access ban (prefectural order) or government decisions to close the ski lifts.
Scenario 4 : If there is a mandatory national and/or regional lockdown and a travel ban in France (ordered by the French governement in response to COVID 19).
Scenario 5 : If the agency is forced to cancel the reservation holder’s stay in the accomodation provided for external purposes, it will offer the latter accomodation of the same standing or offer him the reimbursement of the sum(s) paid.
